OH-Feel 500F08 – RoHS Chemical Safety Compliance Summary

Directive 2011/65/EU & (EU) 2015/863 — Hazardous Substance Restrictions

1. Testing Facility Credibility

Shenzhen HX Detect Certification Co., Ltd. is an accredited laboratory specializing in hazardous substance detection, toxic material analysis, and international compliance testing.

The laboratory’s certifications are recognized under CNAS and ILAC-MRA, ensuring global acceptance for RoHS, CE, FCC, and international product safety evaluations.

It is widely trusted for accurate, independent, science-based compliance analysis required for international trade and regulatory approval.

2. Description of Tests Conducted

RoHS testing was performed in accordance with the full IEC 62321 series, using both rapid screening and detailed chemical analysis.

Components were examined for the following restricted substances:

  • Lead (Pb)
  • Cadmium (Cd)
  • Mercury (Hg)
  • Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI)
  • Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs)
  • Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs)
  • Phthalates: DBP, BBP, DEHP, DIBP

Screening was completed using high-sensitivity XRF spectroscopy. Any component approaching regulatory thresholds underwent confirmation testing using ICP-OES for metals, UV-Vis spectrophotometry for Cr(VI), and GC-MS for organic flame retardants and phthalates.

3. Summary of Certification

The RoHS evaluation applies to the following OH-FEEL models:

OH500A · OH500B · OH500C03 · OH500CD04 · OH500E06 · OH500F08

All tested components were found to contain no restricted substances above the legal limits. Most materials showed no detectable traces of hazardous chemicals.

Any metals present were far below threshold requirements, and all organic flame-retardant and phthalate categories were confirmed as Not Detected (N.D.).

These results confirm that the OH-FEEL Hydroxyl Air Protection System meets the requirements of EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and amendment (EU) 2015/863.

Certification Result: PASS
