OH-Feel 500A – Staphylococcus albus Airborne Elimination Test Summary

OH-FEEL 500A

1. Testing Facility Credibility

The Guangdong Detection Center of Microbiology (Gmicro) is a CNAS- and ILAC-MRA–accredited, government-supervised laboratory recognized internationally for microbial, environmental, and air purification testing. The laboratory is authorized to conduct airborne disinfection performance evaluations used for regulatory, scientific, and commercial validation.

2. Test Description

The test followed the 2002 Disinfection Technical Standard – Section 2.1.3.4 for evaluating airborne bacterial elimination.

Organism: Staphylococcus albus (white staphylococcus, strain 8032)

Chamber size: 20 m³

Device mode: OH1 + OH2 activated, wind speed level 3

Duration: 1 hour

Sampling equipment: Six stage JWL 6 microbial air sampler at 28.3 L/min

Control sampling time: 1 minute

Test sampling time: 5 minutes

Natural microbial decay in air was mathematically removed to ensure the results reflect the true sterilization capability of the OH-Feel unit.

3. Key Results

Initial Airborne Bacteria (Control):

• 5.4 × 10 cfu/m³

• 5.4 × 10 cfu/m³

• 5.6 × 10 cfu/m³

After 1 Hour of OH-Feel Operation:

• 21 cfu/m³ → 99.93% reduction

• 28 cfu/m³ → 99.92% reduction

• 21 cfu/m³ → 99.94% reduction

Average Staphylococcus albus Reduction: 99.93%
